Basic Movement Series

This mini course has been produced for those who want to get their body moving but are not sure where to start.

For whatever reason, it may have been years since you were exercising regularly. Allow this gentle series of videos get you back in shape. 

The series is has three main exercise routines. The first one is seated, second standing and the third is standing with light resistance exercises. There is also a welcome intro and pre/post test videos.

After just one month of embarking on this programme, I expect you to notice a big difference in these areas:

  • Flexibility
  • Balance
  • Posture
  • Strength
  • General energy levels
  • Body awareness
  • Movement confidence

And also, an overall sense of efficiency and greater ease with life's daily chores. You can test your development at anytime with the post-test video, although I recommend leaving about a month in between plays. 

On a psychological level I believe you will start to enjoy a more harmonious relationship with your body. There are many ways to care for your health, but regular exercise is a big one. In return you should find that your body serves you back. And what great exchange! I have always said...

"look after your body and it will look after you"
