This flexibility course offers a new approach to stretching. 

Have you ever noticed how when you force your body into a position, it just gets tighter?

It's a natural response that your body adopts to avoid injury.

On this course, I guide you through a series of exercises and body awareness practices that not only honour your own flexibility, but are in alignment with the natural mechanics a human body wants to express.

Although flexibility is a long term process, I believe that you will be feeling more supple, be enjoying a better posture and a general increase in vitality within a matter of weeks.

Furthermore, you should find yourself more capable at your favourite sports and activities and have less body tension.
