My philosophy on dynamic exercise is different than most. It is not about grunt or punishing yourself or pushing the body to unnecessary limits. That approach just fuels tension and perpetuates injuries.
My main goal with interval training is that you match your body were it is. Too little intensity and you’ll stay right where you are and long term, you might find that your fitness and energy decline. Too much intensity however and you get sore muscles, or worse still injured.
I guide you every step of the way to listen to your body and get the intensity just right.
