Take a breath Meditations

A regular practice of meditation helps you to be more present and relaxed in life, improves sleep, helps manage stress, boosts creativity, balances emotions and supports overall health.
These sessions last approximately 25 minutes. We begin with 5 minutes of light postural stretching before settling into a guided meditation.
You will receive a reminder email with Zoom link the morning of each class.

Danny Bridgeman
Functional movement expert, martial artist, family man and health coach.
“I’m here to support your mental wellbeing and physical vitality”.
I come from a background of martial arts where respect, awareness, self discipline and personal development are common practices.
These qualities have filtered into my PT sessions, movement classes and health coaching coming on 35 years.
As the years roll by, I have found that my teachings and my own practice have naturally evolved.
I don't do so much full contact karate these days or hit the gym for hours at time. I discovered the same flow through the subtlety of meditation, the simplicity of body awareness, the richness of clean living and the effectiveness of short dynamic exercise sessions.
I am also fascinated by healthy eating and my passion is to discover more and more and what it means to eat a natural human diet
